What is Portside Game Assembly, what makes it special - and why should you attend?
Portside Game Assembly brings together selected indie studio heads on a ship to exchange strategies, get inspiration and talk openly amongst each other. It first set sail in June 2025 and is organized by Gamecity Hamburg.
Quite literally: The event invites selected decision-makers from the international indie games industry on board of a ship, and embarks with them on a cruise through the expansive harbour of Hamburg. The board program: Selected impulse talks and roundtables by and for indie experts to encourage a targeted exchange in this sub-sector of the games industry.
