There are two main participation options:
-
Full Conference Ticket (189 euros + fees & VAT): For leaders of established indie studios who have released at least one successful title. Registration before purchasing a ticket is required to ensure that all participants get the most out of the highly tailored conference program. Networking Brunch & Games Industry Party Tickets: These will be available soon to all game industry professionals, including publishers, indie start-ups, students, and the local games scene.
-
- Is the Full Conference Ticket available to everyone?
The conference program is targeted towards studio directors and decision-makers from indie studios that have released at least one successful game. It is therefore only available to persons who fit that description. Registration is required to ensure a curated selection.
One of the conference's main goals is to offer indie studio leaders and decision-makers a focused exchange at eye level. This requires a certain common background and common topics and experiences among the participants. We aim to bring together a diverse group of indie game leaders who share common topics and goals, but who also add fresh air and new impulses to the conference.
- What does the Full Conference Ticket include?
The Full Conference Ticket grants access to:
-
Opening Mixer
-
Networking Brunch
-
Conference program on the ship
-
Games Industry Party
-
- How do I register for the Full Conference Ticket?

- Can a studio that is currently developing its first game take part in the conference?
Due to the conference's very specific target group and to ensure that all participants benefit as much as possible from the program, participating studios must have successfully published at least one game.

- I have bought a ticket but won't be able to attend Portside Game Assembly, what options do I have?
If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they can change the name of the person attending in the Eventbrite settings of the purchased ticket. This option is primarily intended for appointing a representative within your own company. A ticket refund is unfortunately not possible.
